Making a difference is hard work, but it can also be lots of fun. We love growing oysters, and we love giving back. To date, the Island Creek Oysters Foundation has given over $200,000 to different charitable efforts, and we are looking to grow that substantially beginning now.

Our major fundraiser is the Island Creek Oyster Festival. Ask those who went last year, its a blast, and makes a tremendous difference in the lives of so many people. This year's Festival is set for September 11, 2010 (tickets on sale July 4). With the help of the growers of Island Creek Oysters who are donating 30,000 oysters, you and 3,000 of our closest friends, we are hoping to beat last year's goal and raise more than $150,000 for our foundation.
